Kulula ukumunca umswakama, inyibilika kalula emanzini, ine-sauce flavour, iwumkhiqizo obolayo one-asidi we-casein, futhi ingaboliswa ngokwezinga lama-amino acid.
I-Acid hydrolyzed casein iwumkhiqizo olungiselelwe i-acid hydrolysis eqinile, i-decolorization, i-neutralization, i-desalination, ukoma nezinye izinqubo ze-casein nemikhiqizo yayo ehlobene. Izingxenye eziyinhloko ama-amino acid nama-peptide amafushane.
